In this post I explore ways to use other tags, such as <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-accent-color\">&lt;br&gt;<\/span><\/strong> the line break element. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>One example of the use of this tag is to create line breaks in a description so that it breaks where you would like it to. To do this, just insert &lt;br&gt; where you want a line feed. Adding <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-accent-color\">&lt;br&gt;<\/mark><\/strong> will fix that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"290\" src=\"https:\/\/labelfactsapp.com\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/image-71-1024x290.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-553\" style=\"width:689px;height:194px\" loading=\"lazy\" srcset=\"https:\/\/labelfactsapp.com\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/image-71-1024x290.png 1024w, https:\/\/labelfactsapp.com\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/image-71-300x85.png 300w, https:\/\/labelfactsapp.com\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/image-71-768x218.png 768w, https:\/\/labelfactsapp.com\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/image-71-1536x436.png 1536w, https:\/\/labelfactsapp.com\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/image-71-1200x340.png 1200w, https:\/\/labelfactsapp.com\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/image-71.png 1622w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Adding &lt;br&gt; where you want a new line can clarify the layout<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The following workaround for multiple blends is now obsolete, <a href=\"https:\/\/labelfactsapp.com\/help\/2024\/08\/22\/multiple-proprietary-blends-2\/\">see this post<\/a>. <strong>If you upgrade old labels that have this workaround, you will need to adjust the blends to achieve the new format. <\/strong>Single blend labels that use the conventional method for blends will be automatically upgraded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\">\n\n\n\n<p><s>I have been asked a few times whether you can add more than one proprietary blend to a label in the application. The basic answer is no, only one proprietary blend is supported, but there is a way to use the <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-accent-color\">&lt;br&gt;<\/span><\/strong> tag to simulate multiple blends, provided that you require a \u201cwrap\u201d layout.<\/s><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"440\" height=\"310\" src=\"https:\/\/labelfactsapp.com\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/image-75.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-557\" loading=\"lazy\" srcset=\"https:\/\/labelfactsapp.com\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/image-75.png 440w, https:\/\/labelfactsapp.com\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/image-75-300x211.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 440px) 100vw, 440px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Single Proprietary blend, normal method<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Here is a single-blend supplement created in the conventional way.  But suppose I need a second blend? I can create one as a \u201cdietary ingredient\u201d with multiple components, using <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-accent-color\">&lt;br&gt;<\/mark><\/strong> and &lt;b&gt; tags to create the blend name, and choose the Dietary Ingredient type. Don\u2019t forget to close out using the &lt;\/b&gt; tag so only the blend name is bold.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here is the text to enter:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&lt;b&gt;Proprietary Blend Name&lt;\/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;Proprietary blend ingredients\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The break tag &lt;br&gt; causes a line feed after the blend name. Separate the ingredients by commas, choose type \u201cDietary Ingredient\u201d (NOT Blend) for the whole group. So, if you are creating multiple blends this way, <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-accent-color\">I recommend you do not mix and match the two methods.<\/mark><\/strong> This is a workaround and as such isn\u2019t perfect\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hint: the \u201cbreak\u201d tag <strong><span style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-accent-color\">&lt;br&gt;<\/span><\/strong> can also be very useful for formatting Other Ingredients.
