We\u2019ve been working on a number of improvements, and they\u2019re now available to try in the Beta<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Beta lets us make the new features available without requiring everyone to move to the new version immediately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Try the Beta \u2014 or Switch Back<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

You can switch between the current version <\/a> and the beta program<\/a> at any time<\/strong>. Both versions use the same saved data, so panels you create or edit are available from either version. New features are available in beta only.*<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hint: The Beta has a pale peach background<\/strong>, so you can tell at a glance which version you\u2019re using.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you run into a problem, simply switch back to the current version and continue working.*<\/p>\n\n\n\n

* Some features are not backwards-compatible, such as the new layout formats and default font choices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Improved Smart Review \u2014 Built with AI<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Smart Review<\/a> works with both Supplement Facts and Nutrition Facts panels<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It reviews panels for potential problems and inconsistencies and provides more context than simple validation checks. Smart Review results are now also displayed for the highlighted row when you search for or save panels<\/strong>. Links to the relevant regulations are provided.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bilingual Labels<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The application now supports bilingual Supplement Facts and Nutrition Facts panels<\/a><\/strong>. Enter your translated serving information, ingredient names, footnotes, and other required text, and display the English and translated information together. Translated ingredient names and footnotes are saved for reuse<\/strong>, making subsequent bilingual panels quicker to create.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
