We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order. We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline. You can verify this by looking for a lock icon in the address bar and looking for “https” at the beginning of the address of the Web page. Comments

To delete your user account completely from our system, or transfer your information to another user account, please request customer support by using the contact form.

For users that register on our website, we store the information they provide during their interaction with the application. All users can see, edit, or delete their information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any other data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

We do not share demographic information with any partners and advertisers, or any personal information that can identify any individual person. We partner with third party payments at PayPal to provide payment services. When you use these services, we will share names, or other contact information that is necessary for the third party to provide these services. These parties are not allowed to use personally identifiable information except for the purpose of providing these services.

We use PayPal® to secure payments for our services, so that we do not need to request or store your credit card or other sensitive information on our web site or servers. Marian Boardley Consulting LLC dba labelAble stores your name, email address, and PayPal transaction information, including the name and email address of the PayPal account holder, when you order a subscription. This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we’ll use this information to contact you.

In order to avoid excessive spam, this web site uses a contact form to enable secure email messages to be sent to us. When you use this contact form, you are required to give certain information (such as your name and email address). This information is used to contact you about your questions or the products/services on our site in which you have expressed interest. At your option, you may also provide your phone number and a detailed message, but it is not required. To further reduce the possibility of abuse, including the use of automated messages and robots, we may collect the IP address of the computer from which the message was sent, and require you to pass a Captcha test to prove you are not a robot.
