Where You’ll See Smart Review
Smart Review results are displayed when you save a panel and can also be viewed from Search by highlighting the line to view (eye symbol) or pressing the magnifying glass on any line.
If Smart Review identifies something that may need attention, review the message and decide whether a change to the panel is appropriate.
Not every Smart Review message means that something is wrong. The information entered for the product, its formulation, or other circumstances may explain the result.
What Smart Review Checks
Depending on the type and content of the panel, Smart Review may identify:
- Missing or potentially inconsistent information
- Unusual nutrient values or relationships between values
- Potential problems with ingredients or proprietary blends
- Issues related to the selected panel format
- Other information that may warrant review
Smart Review works with both Supplement Facts and Nutrition Facts panels. If possible, the source of the error is indicated on the rendered panel included in your report.
